Apparently 'National Hug Your Cat Day' exists. We don't know who started it or how the day came to be, but to be honest, we're not interested in answers because it seems too important to question. In observation of this joyous day, we're celebrating with a bunch of hilarious content for crazy cat parents and casual feline-enjoyers alike.

There's no doubt that cats can be real a-holes sometimes. They duel our limbs to the death when all we want is affection. They slowly push valuable objects off the table while making eye-contact. They scream at 6 a.m. even though their bowl is half-full. Despite it all, we humans are still dedicating a day to hugging these ungrateful creatures. That's unconditional love right there.
